Tell us a little about you and your business.
For my day job I work at an agency named Compound Growth where we help B2B SaaS companies grow their organizational Demand Gen and Paid Acquisition operations. I work through my own consultancy on a smaller scale advising SMB companies on how to grow their marketing practices and build out sustainable strategies.
What lead you to the position you’re in now?
In my current walk of life, I have been driven by a curiosity to grow my experiences outside of my previous agency roles.
What sets your business away from other companies?
For Compound Growth, it’s definitely the way we think about Demand Gen, PPC, and RevOps and how we can impact revenue. For Magnetic Theory it’s actionable insights based on experiences setting up marketing systems and processes. A lot of smaller businesses just don’t know where to start and what they need to be successful with their marketing efforts.
What is something you wish you’d known when you were just starting your business?
Flipping this to consulting in general, I would say I would tell my past self to get better at effective and clear communication skills.
How do you navigate your work-life balance?
By being really intentional about my time and cutting off when it’s time to end the day.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Helping other people be successful in their business.
How has being a part of the CityCentral community affected you and your business?
It’s given me the ability to tap into the creative energy of the community.
