Tell us a little about MPM Business Consulting.
We are committed to empowering our clients to take their business to the next level by providing Software Development services, Process Improvement analysis, and Customized Training programs.
What led you to join/start MPM Business Consulting?
Passion and enthusiasm to share experiences learned through the years.
What sets the business apart from competitors?
Although we are a startup, we offer services in both English and Spanish and a 90-minute free consultation for new customers.
What is something you wish you’d known when you were just starting your business?
I wish I knew more about local sales taxes and corporate bank accounts. We have to report taxes to the Texas Comptroller every month.
How do you navigate your work-life balance?
It's an everyday challenge. I try to follow a schedule so I have time to take care of myself and spend quality time with my family.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Happy customers, employees, and business partners.
How has being a part of the CityCentral community affected you and your business?
There's peace of mind when you know there are professionals running your virtual office.
If you had a friend in town, and you could take them to one of your favorite restaurants or spots in your community, where would you take them?
I'm kind of picky when it comes to restaurants, but probably Texas Roadhouse. I'm not into fancy places, but into good food.
