1. Tell us a little about Shine of Dallas.
SHINE is a team of friendly professionals ready to provide our Texas neighbors with professional residential and commercial cleaning services. With our proven track record of happy, satisfied customers, and our 100% satisfaction guarantee, it’s clear this isn’t our first rodeo! From professional window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services, to landscape lighting and holiday lighting, Shine of Dallas is ready to bring your home back to life.
2. What led you to working for the company?
Long story short, COVID pushed me into this industry from the hospitality industry. I worked for a different window cleaning company for one year, then took the opportunity to work for Shine!
3. What sets the business apart from your competitors?
What sets us apart from our competitors is our dedication to quality work and exceptional service. Our crews are trained extensively on how to treat a client's home. No one cares more about you and your property.
4. How do you navigate your work-life balance?
Work-life balance can be difficult at times. The only reason being, every place I go, I can't help but notice dirty windows! My favorite things to do to get my mind off work are golf and bowling.
5. What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of the job is learning the ins and outs of running a business, as well as meeting all the awesome people (and dogs) out in the community.
6. How has being a part of the CityCentral community affected you and the business?
Being at CityCentral has been a blast. The biggest impact on our business has been tapping into the Addison community, as we mainly focused on Dallas prior to the move.
7. If you had a friend in town, and you could take them to one of your favorite restaurants or spots in your community, where would you take them to?
I'm a foodie, so this is hard. If we're talking Addison, I would have to say Kenny's Woodfire Grill or Panevino Osteria!
