#CommunityOverEverything Simplified Solutions NTX

Welcome to our member spotlight, where we highlight the impressive businesses making a difference in our CityCentral community and the DFW area. In today's post, we have the privilege of spotlighting Simplified Solutions NTX LLC, a  business management and consulting company that elevates teams through leadership development, process improvement, and change management.

In this spotlight, we speak with Bronson Blodgett, founder and consultant of  Simplified Solutions NTX LLC, who offices out of CityCentral Plano. With 29 years of experince in process management, Bronson started his business with the goal of collaborating with diverse groups and bringing their visions to life. Join us in learning more about what Bronson does on a daily basis and what he finds most rewarding about his work.

1. Tell us a little about Simplified Solutions NTX, LLC .

Simplified Solutions NTX, LLC is a management consulting practice focused on improving processes, increasing productivity, assisting leaders in shaping high performing teams, and helping organizations navigate change effectively.  Many small- and mid-sized businesses either experience growth beyond the capacity of their current processes, organizational structures or team skillsets.  We strive to give business leaders their time back so they can focus on what they do best.

2. What lead you to starting Simplied Solutions NTX, LLC?

After multiple decades of working for large corporations, I felt it was time to take my experience in leadership, process improvement and change management and financial acumen and bring it to smaller sized businesses.  I love working with diverse business leaders who are passionate about their businesses, their clients and their employees and making the world a better place.

2. What sets the business apart from competitors?

I believe my unique set of skills, experience and strengths along with a focus on People and Processes is what makes Simplified Solutions NTX, LLC unique.  So often, organizations jump right into "solving" their business challenges by implementing technology, without first recognizing they really have a process issue that might need to be redesigned first.  And those processes and activities are performed by people - people (employees) that not only have a good sense of what needs to be improved but will also need to adopt the changes to their processes.  That's why we start with People and Process - because the technology that enables work to occur and outcomes to be achieved is only as good as the underlying foundation!

3. What is something you wish you’d known when you were just starting your business?

Just how much time would be spent generating leads!  I've spent my entire career embedded within a business leading, analyzing and improving.  I've never had to depend on myself to actually generate business!

4. How do you navigate your work-life balance?

Family always comes first.  That is a non-negotiable foundation.  Everything else relies on being able to plan, prioritize and communicate.  Honesty and clear communication with current and potential clients is key, coming to a joint understanding of timelines, deadlines and shared vision.

5. What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Watching business leaders recapture their time so they can focus on the core of their business.  Helping them take back the running of their business instead of their business running them.

6. How has being a part of the CityCentral community affected you and your business?

Focus for sure.  I work from home part of the time and from CityCentral part of the time.  Knowing that I have a place to go when I need time away from distractions, and a professional location to meet with clients in person if necessary has been transformational.

7. Any improvements we could do to help you or your business?

Recognizing where connections can be made is always a great help!  Making introductions and bringing people together.

8. If you had a friend in town, and you could take them to one of your favorite restaurants or spots in your community, where would you take them to?

Definitely the Dallas Arboretum - it holds a special place in my heart.  And Tupy's restaurant in Frisco for their Tupy Tacos!

We would like to thank Bronson for his willingness to particpate in this spotlight. If you would like to take part in our Member Spotlight Series, please don't hesitate to reach out to your CityCentral Community Manager.
