A CAREER DELIVERING IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY AND PROFITABILITY As Vice President of Learning and Development, Jesse built an enterprise-wide Talent Development Organization from the ground up for CalAtlantic Homes, the 4th largest homebuilder in the USA with revenues of $7B + in 2017. Lennar Homes officially acquired CalAtlantic Homes in February 2018. As Director of Talent Management, Jesse built an end to end “Critical Roles” succession planning framework and achieved 50% placement rate into critical positions for Ericsson, a $34B global leader in the rapidly changing environment of communications technology. As the Global Head of Talent Development, Jesse built an enterprise-wide Global Talent Development Organization from the ground up for Regus Inc., the world’s largest provider of outsourced commercial office space. During a nine-year span, Regus more than tripled annual revenue (700 million to 2.5 billion in annual revenues). Jesse established talent development hubs in the USA, Europe, UK, Asia and traveled the globe working to develop leaders across the organization.
